About Us
McLean is a non-profit, charitable trust offering a unique continuum of wellness, independent living, in-home support, and healthcare services, and manages the McLean Refuge.
One series of services helps seniors live in their current homes longer and in fuller health and safety.
Another series of services addresses assessment and treatment of both short-term, post-hospital-stay rehabilitation and long-term care facilities, wellness and health maintenance needs. McLean is the facility of choice of many of Hartford, Connecticut's most respected physicians.
There are a variety of residence options ranging from independent retirement living on a wooded campus, to a separate Alzheimer's/dementia care program.
Our experience is that this full continuum offers more rounded care and more flexibility to meet individual changing needs quickly and smoothly. McLean is just a phone call away - a full continuum for healthy aging.
